Cancellation policy

Purchase Options

We offer the following purchase options on our store:

  • One-Time Purchase – A single charge with no recurring billing.

  • Subscription Purchase – A recurring charge billed automatically at the frequency selected at checkout (e.g., every 30 days).

By selecting a subscription option at checkout, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method at the chosen interval until the subscription is canceled.

Subscription Renewal & Billing

  • Subscription orders renew automatically on the renewal date shown in your order confirmation and customer account.

  • Once a subscription renewal charge has been processed, the order is considered final and non-refundable.

Subscription Cancellation Policy

To avoid being charged for a future subscription renewal, you must cancel your subscription or submit a cancellation request at least 5 days before your next scheduled renewal date.

Cancellation requests made after this cutoff — including on the day of renewal or after the charge has processed — will apply to the next billing cycle, not the current one.

This policy exists because subscription orders are prepared and processed in advance of the renewal date.

How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription in either of the following ways:

  1. Self-Cancel (Recommended):
    Log into your customer account using the email you used at checkout and cancel your subscription directly from your subscription dashboard.

  2. Request Cancellation via Support:
    Contact our support team at contact@immunospray.store and request cancellation at least 5 days before your next renewal date.

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number or subscription email

Important Notes

  • We do not accept cancellation requests via chargebacks or payment disputes.

  • Failure to cancel within the required notice period does not qualify for a refund.

  • Canceling a subscription stops future charges but does not refund previous or already-processed payments.
